Hi, I’m Faith – Your Second Brain

I accidentally became my own first ops client when we moved back to the States with two kids under two and zero clue what we were doing.

So naturally, we started a masonry business.

No grand plan. No vision board. Just an infrastructure that made the whole thing work better than any of our competitors.

That’s when it clicked: operations is my thing. It always has been – in healthcare, hospitality, disability support. I’ve basically lived inside logistics for the past decade.

Now I help multi-priority founders build efficient infrastructures that actually work for how they think, lead and live outside of work so they can stop holding it all in their head and finally feel excited about their business again.
