THE ONLY MASTERMIND FOR YOU AND YOUR LEAD TEAM MEMBER - FOR ONLINE SERVICE PROVIDERS AND COACHES

THE SUSTAINABLE SCALE MASTERMIND

Your fingerprints are on EVERYTHING and it’s capping your potenial

The 6-month mastermind & semi-private strategic advisory for the online service provider who is ready to lead her team, clear her calendar and to-do list and scale in a massive way.

The only mastermind built for you AND your lead team member, where we know that scaling doesn’t have to look like more of you or your time.

We build the roles, systems & team that match your vision.

I see you there.

Everyone selling you “scale” is actually selling you marketing and sales. More leads. More launches. More offers. The problem is that marketing and sales assume you have capacity — and you don't.

So one of two things happens:

The growth never lands because there’s no one to hand it to

OR

Growth does land, and it costs you everything- a bigger business and smaller life

I've sat with a lot of founders at exactly this point. It is never the ones who aren't working hard enough. It's always the ones working the hardest.

That’s where The Mastermind comes in.

You’ll walk away with a Sustainable Growth Plan customized for your business along with strategy and support system designed to take you out of the day to day — and finally make your big-picture plans feel doable (and exciting as hell).

Why is everything still flowing through you?

You've hired a team, and somehow you're still doing the work of five people.

There's no room left in your own business for the parts you actually love — the parts that made you start this thing.

I've worked with agency owners, coaches, consultants, strategists and service providers. Completely different businesses. Same story every single time.

You are the delegator in THEORY but bottleneck in PRACTICE.

Roles nobody can define out loud. Systems that worked beautifully until they didn't. And you, sitting in the middle of every decision.

You grew fast by working really hard. That worked. It's just done working. And nobody ever taught you how to build the thing that comes next — or how to lead your team through it.

IMAGINE 6 months from now

Making more, touching less, and actually loving your business again.

◆You take a real vacation. The laptop stays home. Nobody needs you to keep things running

◆Your fingerprints are off everything in the business except the parts you actually love

◆You have time to do the things you love outside of your business without guilt

◆Your team owns their seats and isn't asking you a million questions

◆You make more money without adding more mess or more hours.

◆You feel safe, calm, spacious

Meet Your Host

Hey, I’m Faith Morris!

I've helped over 50 founders across different industries get out of the center of their businesses — freeing up 10+ hours a week, mapping the seats, naming the owners, and building the operational foundation their growth was missing.

This isn't my first rodeo. It's more like my third.

For 8 years in Australia, I worked in Aged Care and Disability Coordination managing $1M budgets, navigating government red tape, and putting out fires before my morning coffee. I learned how to lead under pressure, build trust fast, and create systems that work for real people, not just on paper.

Then in 2023, my husband's green card came through and we moved back to the US and we started a masonry business. I spent that first year doing every single thing except lay the stone — client success, invoicing, bookkeeping, social media, estimates — plus all the small backend things I knew would pay dividends later. We got booked out 9 months straight in year one. By year two we'd gone from booked 2 weeks ahead to 3 months ahead, with a 65% increase in gross profit margin.

I knew the operational pieces a business is missing to actually sustain itself long-term so I built a business around it as an operations and business strategist — and watched my life change in front of me. Since then, I've served different industries with the same story: capable people, teams, real revenue, and a business that only works because they're in the center of it. They leave as more confident leaders. With a team that knows exactly what they own. And a clear path out of the middle of it all.

This room doesn't exist in the operations industry.

So I built it.

Here's how ops work usually goes: someone audits the founder. The founder answers all the questions. The founder gets the report.

Which is wild, when you think about it. Because the founder isn't the only one in the day-to-day. The team is.

So I started interviewing teams. Sitting with them. Asking the people actually doing the work what actually happens. And it stopped being a nice-to-have almost immediately, it's a nonnegotiable.

You cannot see a business clearly by only talking to the person at the top of it.

Then three more things got obvious:

The journey is longer than the engagement. We'd build the plan, map the seats, name the owners and then I'd hand it back. But hiring takes months. Evaluating takes months. Getting a new person actually good at the job takes months. All the hard parts were happening after our time together ended.ng after our time together ended.

And the team members needed support too. Not just the founder. The person you're delegating to is going through a transition just as big as yours new scope, new authority, new expectations. They needed somewhere to work that out. And more than that? They wanted to be in the conversation. Every single time.

You are constantly pouring into other people. Your clients. Your team. And you don't have a single room full of people at your exact level who get what this is actually like. actually use in real life.

So that's what this is too.

That's why your team seat is included and not an upsell. That's why we start with a real customized audit of you and your core team, and why you get a Sustainable Growth Plan built from what we actually find. That's why it's capped at 15, small enough to be intimate, big enough that you finally have colleagues instead of just people who need things from you.

Don’t take my word for it….

Founders who got time back in their week and fell in love with their business again

Meet Ceels Lockley

Offer Strategist & Business Coach

Business Model: Group Coaching Program I Done-With-You Services I Mini Courses

Team: Herself + Long-Term VA

Main Challenge: Capacity strain, systems relying heavily on her. Ceels was juggling every part of her business herself. Marketing, launches, backend systems all stuck in her hands (even though she had a phenomenal VA who was also at capacity).

Being a “visionary” felt impossible. Her capacity was maxed. Her evenings were swallowed by work.

Now, she has an operational plan, a supported team, an evergreen offer and systems that finally match her vision of the things she loves to do inside her business

My business feels so much lighter. I feel more strategic. I’ve got new people in place — and I couldn’t have done that without Faith.

“I finally feel like the CEO again.”

Meet Lakeisha Swain

CEO of Tandem Behavioral Health

A LinkedIn recommendation from Lakeisha Swain praising Faith as an operations consultant, highlighting her honesty, transparency, strategic insights, and value for money.

Business Model: Outpatient Care I Peer Recovery Support I

Team: Herself + Director of Ops + Clinical Supervisor + Clinical Coordinator + 30+ Staff

Main Challenge: Her business was growing, but the operational infrastructure, leadership alignment, and team systems were not keeping up causing confusion, breakdowns, and constant oversight required from her

Lakeisha was leading a DFY behavioral health agency while navigating nonstop fires — building issues, failed systems, confused staff, and a fractional COO who created more chaos than clarity. Her team needed direction, roles weren’t clear, and growth felt impossible.
She even questioned whether she wanted to keep the business.

Now, her organization finally has structure, alignment, and leadership support. People are in the right seats, core systems are being rebuilt, and a new CEO is being hired so she can step out of the day-to-day and lead from vision instead of crisis.

“Faith gave us clarity, direction, and a plan. We have a roadmap, we’re aligned, and I finally feel confident in the future of the business again.”

Meet Daniela Karpenos

Founder, The Cosmic Latte

Business Model: DFY Services I Digital Products I Membership I

Team: Herself + 5 contractors

Main Challenge: She hit her mental rock bottom at the end of 2025.

From the outside, everything looked fine. Year 5 of her business. Financially stable. But she spent the entire year trying to grow into a new direction and couldn't move the needle — not because she lacked ambition, but because I had no systems, no structure, and no support.

“The biggest win? She identified exactly where my bottlenecks were. Mapped out my next hires and the sequence to approach them. Supported me through the whole interviewing process — I'd send voice notes, she'd respond with her thoughts. It didn't feel so isolating anymore.

I now have a full playbook for the year. A foundation to actually build from.
The Ops Diagnostic didn't just help me get organized. It changed the trajectory of my business”

What The Mastermind actually is

A private mastermind where strategic operational advisory, real accountability, and team culture actually come together. Plus 14 other people in the exact stage of growth as you.

Everyone's telling you to scale, but no moves get made because people try and teach you how to sell more and market more, but it's not doing anything because you have no time.

We start with a customized Sustainable Growth Plan for your business (inclusive of interviews with you and your core team) and move directly into 6 months of support.

A clear founder role: you finally have a plan and the support to act on it.

An empowered team that owns their seats, so the work stops routing back to you all the time.

Real systems your team actually follows — and not just bringing in random systems for the sake of it.

The confidence to lead a team well and take a week off without a panic attack.

We move through three key parts of your business so that we can free up your time and create a business that matches your vision.

01

Founder Role & Vision

Get clear on your true founder role, vision, mission, and the decisions only you should own.

→ We kick off with a founder convo to unpack how you think things are running.

02

Team

Map every seat with a named owner. Level up your #2. Know exactly who's on the team, who's missing, and who to bring in next — so the work stops routing back to you.

03

Systems

Document the core systems your team actually follows. Turn what's in your head into structure that exists when you step away

What that looks like in practice — and how we do it in a way that doesn't cost you your time.

We create a Sustainable Growth Plan, made by me, from a real audit of you and your core team — which gives you the blueprint for how to scale without burning out over the next several months.

This mastermind is like nothing else, because we work with you and your core team to leverage a business that, from the moment you join, no longer just relies on you as the decision maker.

What you walk away with: a clear, sequenced plan for the next 12 months — and something to hand off in week one. Not in month four. Week one..

Is this You?

The Mastermind is for online service providers and coaches with core teams of 1–5 who are successful on paper but buried behind the scenes.

This is for you if…

You're 2–5 years in and already profitable.

You've got a small core team but you're still the answer to every question.

You're exhausted from living in a loop of working hard, working all the time

You want 10+ hours back in your week to do the things you love.

It's not for you if…

X You don't have a team yet and aren't ready to delegate.

X You're looking for another content library to binge instead of build.

X You want a scale strategy that is DFY.

By the end of your first six months…

You feel like a stronger leader with a clear founder role and vision for your life inside and outside of your business

Two yellow comedy masks with smiling faces, representing theater or comedy.

Every seat on your team is mapped. You're confident on who does what and who to bring in next.

Core systems are documented and actually in use.

A key team member is levelled up alongside you.

Yellow line drawing of a megaphone with sound waves emanating from it.

Your business can run, grow financially, and keep clients happy without you touching everything.

You can take a day (or a week) off without a panic attack or checking your phone.

Still here? Still haven't applied?

Yeah. I get it.

You've read the whole page. You want it. And something's still holding your hand back from the button.

I know that feeling from the inside. Every single time I've invested in support for my own business, I've sat with the cursor hovering, doing math I'd already done twice, waiting to feel certain. I never felt certain. I just eventually decided that staying where I was cost more.

So let me guess what's holding you.

It's the money.

$1,700 a month is real money, especially when cash flow is lumpy and you've already got payroll and software and a hundred small bleeds. I'm not going to tell you it's nothing. I'll tell you this instead: you're already paying for this problem. It's just showing up as capped revenue, a team you're underusing, and hours a week doing work someone else should own. That bill is bigger. It just doesn't come with an invoice.

It's the time.

You're drowning, and adding a six-month commitment feels insane. Fair. But look at what's actually on the calendar — three 1:1s with me over six months, two hot seat calls a month, one guest expert. That's less time than you'll lose this quarter answering questions your team should already have answers to.

It's the fear that you're the problem.

That you'll do all of this, build all of it, and still not be able to let go. I've heard this one more than any other. Usually quietly. Usually at the end of a call. Here's the truth: most founders can't let go because there's nothing to let go to. No named owner. No documented process. No clarity on who does what. That's not a character flaw. That's a structural gap. We fix structural gaps.

It's that you think you're too messy to start.

Nobody comes in clean. If you were organized enough to get ready for this, you wouldn't need it.

So, when?

Not next quarter. Not after the launch. Not when things calm down. Things don't calm down. You calm them down, on purpose, with a plan.

And the room only holds 15.

Still got questions I haven't answered? Send me a DM. If it's not right for you, I'll tell you that too.
