I have a LOT of opinions

Like:

Systems aren’t just tech

A red heart with a checkmark inside it.

If you want to actually run a sustainable business you have to take into account your personal life

A red checkmark with a circle around it.

Not everyone is built to manage a team. Managing people is exhausting.

You want strong ops, you need to look at your business holistically

A girl smiling and pointing at a large display of scattered playing cards pinned to a gray wall, wearing a white and red cap and red jacket.

If you’ve ever tried to run a business while running a household, coming up with a 47th idea you’ll never execute, juggling teams, or operating out of a fight or flight mentality… you’ve been fed the wrong advice.

“Just hire A VA!”

A white arrow with a curly tail pointing to the bottom right on a black background.

“Just go on more platforms!”

“Just time block!”

White curved arrow pointing to the right on a black background.

“Just breathe?!”

Yeah…no.

I built my family’s masonry business AND my operations business on my own terms, playing the long game

Obviously, it worked, obviously we’re killing it!

→We went from being booked out in our masonry business 2 weeks ahead to 4 months ahead in 1 year ( and a 96% Google referral rate, hello SEO work)

→ In my first year of business I created a offer ecosystem that generated over 100K in my business in 9 months (while being a mom of 2 toddlers, showing up on only 2 platforms and investing in good relationships

They call me a FIXER for a reason.

I love to collaborate with brands that...

Are led by vision and co-creation

Strategy that works IRL, not just in theory

Build foundations for the long haul

(but also love a quick win!)

Safelty challenge themselves & their community

Believe in doing few things right, not just doing more

Do the right thing, even when it’s hard

I’d change out of my matching grey sweatsuit to come talk about these…

Keynotes

All talks are customized to your event, audience, or “holy-shit-we-need-to-hear-this” moment.

The Non-Traditional Resume

For the founders, career-hoppers, moms, immigrants, travelers, multi-hyphenates, and late bloomers who built their skills in the real world not just in tidy corporate bullet points. The most hireable, scalable, trustworthy leaders aren’t the ones with the prettiest LinkedIn timelines—they’re the ones with lived experience that actually means something.

Build It Your Way: The Power of Making Your Own Rules

This keynote is a rally cry for the entrepreneurs who don’t fit neatly into strategies, formulas, or industry-approved playbooks. I break down how letting go of perfection, ignoring the noise, and choosing momentum created a business that now supports my family, my creativity, and my sanity.

Virtual Workshops

Cannot get enough of guesting in masterminds or memberships. Got a topic you don’t see here but know you want me in? Just include it in your form!

Before you Delegate

How to Lead, Prepare, and Actually Make Space for Support

You’ll learn the foundations of becoming “ready” to hire. How to clarify what you really need, clean up any unspoken expectations that make hiring harder, and lead someone without becoming their full-time manager.

The Relationship ROI Workshop

How you can turn conversations into commissions and why it’s your most underused growth strategy

Your relationships are the most powerful—and most underleveraged—asset in your business. I’ll show you how to build a referral ecosystem that feels natural, generous, and wildly profitable.

Create your Visionary Operating Manual

A virtual workshop that helps you get back to why you started your business in the first place.

You’ll build a Visionary Operating Manual that clears the noise, captures how you think, and frees you up to do the work you actually love.
